Gently exfoliating the desired area a few days prior can encourage ingrown hairs to the surface, prepping your skin for the wax.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 24 hours after your appointment.
Adding a hydro-jelly cool down mask at the studio or a cold compress at home can help in calming the skin for those with more severe redness post waxing. hydrocortisone cream can help with dermal irritation.
Continue to leave the hair alone in between appointments.
Make your follow up appointment 3–4 weeks from one another and suggested no longer than 6 weeks.

What to avoid 8 weeks prior

Steroids
Avoid using or putting anything in your eyebrows for 48 hours after the service. This includes water, moisture, makeup, balms, oils, washes, etc. Your brow hair is taking its new shape and should not be placed in any other direction than how they were when you left the studio.
Sleeping on your back will help to maintain the shape during these 48 hours.
After 48 hours, use the provided castor oil nightly to maintain the integrity of your eyebrows.

Lash lifts
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes with no residue of makeup (mascara), previous lash glue or any oils.
Please avoid using or putting anything on your lashes for 48 hours after the service. This includes water, moisture, mascara, balms, oils, washes, etc. Your lashes are taking their new shape and should not be placed in any other direction than how they were when you left the studio.
