72 hours prior, avoid direct sunlight (tanning).

Avoid brow henna for 4-weeks prior.

Avoid brow lamination for 2-weeks prior.
POST-CARE | 30 Minutes Post-Procedure
Wipe in the direction of hair growth (medium pressure, don’t scrub) with the provided sterile water wipe.

Evenly apply a thin layer of the balm provided. One rice size is enough for both eyebrows. Do this every hour, for a total of 4 hours, consecutively. (ex: procedure finished at 2pm. Begin this process at 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.)
POST-CARE | Before Bed on Procedure Evening
Wash your hands.

OUTSIDE OF THE SHOWER, by the sink, use one pump of tattoo soap and some water to GENTLY cleanse your eyebrows, helping to remove excess oil or oozing.

Rinse thoroughly! If you have filtered or distilled water, this is best. Cup hands with water and rinse to make sure all the soap is removed.

PAT dry with a clean paper towel (night of procedure, apply pressure for 30-60 seconds).

Evenly apply a thin layer of the balm (one rice size for BOTH brows).

Do this morning and night for the next 10-14 days depending on how long your scabs are intact. Please wash very gently when your scabs are starting to peel. Do not prematurely remove the scabs with too much pressure.
POST-CARE | Reminders + Helpful Tips
If you bled more than average during your procedure, please refrain from using blood thinners for 24 hours, additionally.

Still discontinue AHA’s and BHA’s (ex: retinol, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, mandelic acid, hydroquinone, salicylic acid, lactic acid, etc.) during the healing process.

Don’t forget no makeup, no sunscreen, wetting of your brows (otherwise); nothing else other than these directions and what was given in your post-care bag.

Please don’t skip your skin-care routine. To wash your face, wash and rinse cheekbone down. Use a makeup wipe or wash cloth gently in-between the eyebrows and forehead to cleanse.

The shower visors given are water-resistant, not waterproof. They will fall off if soaked.

Avoid sleeping on your face.

Since you cannot apply SPF yet, wear a hat and sunglasses while outside or even in the car.
LONG-TERM CARE
The conditional use of AHA’s and BHA’s, Retinol, or anything dedicated to anti-aging or acne within your skincare, can lead to a premature fading of your tattoo and/or a change of color. What this means is you may need to come in sooner for your annuals. *Do not apply these products directly onto the brows.

Once healed, apply sunscreen (SPF30-50) directly onto your eyebrows for LONG TERM PROTECTION. *Do not apply sunscreen on freshly tattooed brows (10-14 days).

Book your annual for before the two year mark.
